Can I really run Postey from Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. Postey runs an MCP server that Claude and ChatGPT can both connect to directly: add it in Claude's settings or as a ChatGPT plugin. Tell it what to post and it drafts, schedules and publishes to your account without you opening Postey.

Does it post things without me knowing?

No. Nothing goes out until you've approved it. When you connect an AI agent you choose its permissions one by one, draft, schedule, publish, so it can be as hands-off or as supervised as you want.

Will the rewritten version sound like me?

Yes. It learns from the posts you have already published: your phrasing, your usual length, how you tend to open a post. You see every platform's version side by side before anything goes out, and you can rewrite any of them.

What does the free plan actually cover?

One social set, 15 posts per network every 30 days, and 5 drafts. No card required, and it never expires.

A social set is the accounts for one person or brand grouped together, say your X, Instagram and LinkedIn. Connect them once, then every post you write goes out to all of them.
